I am a passionate dentist born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. I dreamed of becoming a dentist from the age of nine and realized that dream when I graduated in 2011 from the National University of Colombia. Thanks to a scholarship awarded for academic excellence, I completed a postgraduate degree in oral rehabilitation, encompassing restorative and cosmetic dentistry, as well as dental implants.
In 2019, I moved to New Zealand seeking professional growth and a change of scenery. Auckland quickly became my home away from home, and since 2021, I have been dedicated to serving the community as a general dentist. My approach combines empathy and professionalism, ensuring that both immediate concerns and long-term oral health are addressed.
I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, from the first check-up to the most complex procedures. Endodontics and prosthodontics hold a special place in my heart.
Outside of dentistry, I find joy in running. Whether conquering marathons or enjoying the thrill of a mile dash. I recently completed the Chicago Marathon in 2023, the London Marathon in 2025, and will soon add the Sydney Marathon to my list of finishes.
As a true Colombian, my day isn’t complete without a steaming cup of long black coffee, a ritual that fuels both my mornings and my passion for life.
